Mr. Gregory represented Aldine ISD in the defense of a whistleblower and free speech retaliation case filed by a former teacher. The U.S. District Court granted summary judgment in favor of the school district and the decision was upheld on appeal. The case is one of the first published decisions discussing a free speech retaliation claim under the Texas Constitution.
