Ray maintains a trial and office practice, which is focused on civil business disputes, employment law, and the protection of confidential and proprietary information.

Ray represents individual and corporate clients in lawsuits involving general business disputes, breach of contract claims, employment issues, confidential and proprietary information, copyrights and trademarks, leases, environmental issues, and creditor's bankruptcy rights. In addition, he advises business clients in a wide variety of areas designed to prevent litigation and protect a client's proprietary information.
