Wade is primarily a civil litigation and appellate attorney with an emphasis representing individuals and companies in complex commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience in commercial general liability policy claims, as well as oil and natural gas matters. As a value-added service, Wade also assists his clients in small estate planning and probate matters.

Wade has represented a national cable television developer/operator in both state and federal court in a breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract matter against a former company and its co-owners. He has also represented a custom homebuilder in construction arbitration and numerous insurance companies in both state and federal court litigation matters. Wade currently represents natural gas consumers in litigation against natural gas suppliers and utilities regarding the cost of natural gas.

Wade's appellate experience involves briefing and oral argument in both state and federal courts, including Wright v. Sydow, 173 S.W.3d 534 (Tex. App.-Houston [14th Dist.] 2004, pet. denied).

Wade is also active in the legal community where he serves as Province 22 President for the International Legal Fraternity Phi Delta Phi. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Advocacy at South Texas College of Law, his alma mater, where he has coached numerous moot court teams to state championships.

Wade earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and minor in Economics from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where he was a member of Alpha Phi Omega. After Texas Tech, Wade began a professional career in banking, healthcare service management and recycling. Wade pursued his law degree at South Texas College of Law in Houston where he graduated magna cum laude in 2002. While at South Texas College of Law, Wade was honored as a member of South Texas Law Review, Order of the Lytae, Langdell Scholar program and Magister of Phi Delta Phi's Wood Inn.

Wade also earned numerous awards as a member of South Texas College of Law's varsity moot court program. Wade received Best Oralist, Best Brief and Best Team in the 2001 4th Annual Administrative and Public Law Moot Court Competition; 2nd Best Oralist, 2nd Best Brief and Best Team in the 2001 Spurgeon E. Bell Memorial Moot Court Competition; and Second Best Brief in the 2002 National Security Law Moot Court Competition.

Prior to entering legal practice, Wade enjoyed a professional career in the banking, healthcare, and paper industries.
