LUKE D. FRASER is a trial attorney focusing on insurance and business litigation.

Mr. Fraser is a native Houstonian. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with high honors from the University of Texas in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. Mr. Fraser received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in 2010. Prior to joining Eggleston & Briscoe, Mr. Fraser worked with a Houston firm where his practice focused primarily on Jones Act and FELA claims.

During law school, Mr. Fraser was an editor for the Houston Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Barons. Mr. Fraser also interned for the Honorable Ewing Werlein, Jr., United States District Judge, and the Honorable Marvin Isgur, United States Bankruptcy Judge, for the Southern District of Texas.

Mr. Fraser is licensed to practice law in all Texas trial courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
