ADAM C. GUTMANN is a trial attorney concentrating in civil business and insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Gutmann was born in Houston, Texas. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. At the University of Arizona he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 2010.
While attending the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Gutmann served as Online Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law and also interned for Judge Gray H. Miller in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Upon graduation from the University of Houston, Mr. Gutmann joined Eggleston & Briscoe. Mr. Gutmann has concentrated his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, casualty, and premises liability.
